Following the recently signed memorandum of cooperation, the &#8220;Open Doors&#8221; event was the perfect opportunity to welcome ambitious students and showcase everything SITA together with its founders, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.endava.com\/\">Endava<\/a> is preparing for young talent. This marks the first of many joint initiatives planned with FON, aimed at directly connecting the academic community with leading IT minds and practical knowledge.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">We kicked off the day with a tour of <a href=\"https:\/\/lozionica.rs\/\">Lo\u017eionica<\/a>, which has become the epicenter of the city\u2019s most exciting tech, business, and creative events.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7656\" src=\"https:\/\/sita.org.rs\/files\/2026\/05\/IMG_1206-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1821\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sita.org.rs\/files\/2026\/05\/IMG_1206-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/sita.org.rs\/files\/2026\/05\/IMG_1206-300x213.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sita.org.rs\/files\/2026\/05\/IMG_1206-1024x728.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sita.org.rs\/files\/2026\/05\/IMG_1206-768x546.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sita.org.rs\/files\/2026\/05\/IMG_1206-1536x1093.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/sita.org.rs\/files\/2026\/05\/IMG_1206-2048x1457.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Following the tour, we presented <a href=\"https:\/\/sita.org.rs\/en\/\">SITA\u2019<\/a>s work and key initiatives dedicated to improving the position of young talent in the market. We also shared an exclusive announcement about our upcoming AI Academy, launching this September, which aims to equip youth with cutting-edge knowledge in artificial intelligence. Additionally, we highlighted our advocacy efforts for introducing tax incentives designed to motivate companies to hire IT juniors more easily and quickly at the start of their careers.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\">Guest Lecture: How to Merge a Traditional Skillset with AI Tools?<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">The main segment of the event was reserved for an educational session delivered by Endava, one of SITA&#8217;s founding companies.
