professionals dedicated to advancing HR practices and workforce development in Serbia\u2019s dynamic tech sector. The group is intended to be a hub for collaboration, advocacy, and innovative talent initiatives.<\/p><p>The group coordinator is <a href=\"http:\/\/linkedin.com\/in\/jelena-sokic-79070126\/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base%3Bl5Qv0b0wSOuCOFrfgMvo8w%3D%3D\">Jelena Soki\u0107, Lead People Advisory Specialist<\/a> at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epam.com\/\">EPAM Systems<\/a>.<\/p><h3>Our Journey So Far<\/h3><p>With three productive meetings, including a successful team-building event, the HR Working Group has set the goal to establish itself as a proactive force in the community.<\/p><p>Our main activities to date include:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Partnership with the National Labour Agency<br \/><\/strong>We have built a strong connection with the National Employment Service of Serbia, enabling us to better align our recruitment efforts with the support and opportunities NLA provides. Additionally, we are working on improving the hiring processes and making it more efficient.<\/li><li><strong>Virtual Job Fair<br \/><\/strong>In our commitment to bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, we organized our first collaborative virtual job fair, which attracted over 400 visitors.
