About Us

We are an independent and non-profit organization established by the most prominent companies operating in It within Serbia. Our main objective is to advance the IT sector in Serbia.

Goals

The Serbian IT Association seeks to:

• Provide representation for IT companies to better present their goals and aims as well as the economic and social benefits they bring to the Government of the Republic of Serbia
• Help to improve the business environment by ensuring that regulations represent the real needs of the IT sector
• Support talent development and promote education in the IT sector
• Promote innovation and the advancement of technology
• Promote Serbia as an attractive location for technology companies to be located and grow

SITA also helps to disseminate technical know-how, expertise and experience among its members, providing support and knowledge exchange, as well as connecting experts across industries to develop the IT sector in Serbia.

As one of its main goals, SITA  seeks to both significantly increase Serbia’s footprint in the international IT market and develop partnerships with other global IT associations and organizations.

Mission

To make Serbia among the top choices for international destinations for technology companies looking to open new research and development centers, while also facilitating better access to the global market for Serbian-located IT companies  through active contribution to the development of the Serbian IT sector.
